Poster Exhibition
During the meeting your Poster will be available for viewing in the Poster exhibition (Kongress Saal) at the congress venue.
Format of Posters
Format A0 portrait: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (width x height)
Poster mounting: Thursday, 25.09.2025, 08:00
Poster boards and material/poster stripes to hang up your poster will be at your disposal
SSHH Poster Viewing - Thursday, 25.09.2025, 12:15-13:15
NEW - SSHH Poster Corner: The SSHH poster viewing will take place at the SSHH Poster Corner. Posters will be shown on a monitor and discussed briefly (1.5 minutes). Goal is to give the posters more visibility. The poster Corner is located in the poster exhibition.
SSHH Posters: Authors of SSHH Posters ONLY must send a pdf of their poster to sekretariat@sgsh.ch by 07.09.2025.
Please note: The poster in paper format still has to be printed and hang up at the poster boards on-site.
SSI Poster Viewing - Friday, 26.09.2025, 11:30-12:15
The authors of SSI are asked to be present at their posters during the time of the Poster viewing.
SSTTM - no posters only oral presentations
Poster flash presentations
In addition to the Poster exhibition some Posters have been selected for a short oral presentation during the poster flash sessions.
SSI & SSHH: each presentation is scheduled for 5 minutes (4 min. + 1 min. discussion), max 3 slides.

Some of the submitted abstracts (SSHH & SSTTM) have been selected for an oral presentation
The Oral presentations are scheduled for 10 minutes (8 min. + 2 min. questions)**

SSHH slides and presentations: English, German or French
**SSHH Session Innovation: last slide should be entitled: What's new and contain the information of innovation in the project.

Technical information
- The lecture halls are equipped with laptop and beamer.
- We ask the speakers to save their presentation on a USB memory stick and deliver it to the organizers in the lecture hall at latest during the last break before the session.
- Please prepare your PowerPoint presentation with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Publication of abstracts
Abstracts will be made available as PDF on the congress website.
Further important information
Please note that at least one author must be present at the meeting. The presenter is not automatically registered for the congress. Hence, don't forget to register online via the congress website for your participation in the congress. Please note that reduced early bird fees are available until September 14, 2025.
